Soft play refers to a safe, play area designed for young children, featuring soft surfaces and equipment like foam structures, ball pits, and climbing frames. These spaces allow kids to explore, climb, and interact in a secure environment, promoting physical activity and social skills while minimizing the risk of injury.

No children over the age of 5 in the play area. No food or drinks. No sharp objects. Adult supervision at all times. No pets. No horseplay. No face paint. No glitter or slime. Keep play equipment inside play area. All balls must be placed back in the ball pit prior to pickup.

We will arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to your event start time to begin setup, with the exact arrival time confirmed the day before the event. Pickup time is based on when your event ends. If you have your event in a venue with a specific timeframe that pickup needs to be complete, please communicate that to us at the time of booking. Delivery is complimentary for locations within 20 miles of zip code 77521. For addresses beyond 20 miles, a delivery fee of $25 will apply.

We allow 8 hour rentals and are flexible with the delivery and pickup time. Just communicate your needs and we will do our best to accommodate.

Setup typically takes 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your chosen package and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. Please note that outdoor setups require additional equipment, which may extend the setup time.

We will not set up outdoors if rain is forecasted more than 10%. We highly recommend that you prepare an indoor area as a backup in the event of inclement weather. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for weather-related cancellations; however, you may apply your deposit as credit toward a future booking. This credit is valid for one year from your original event date, and we will assist you in rebooking based on our availability.

Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and Venmo.

The deposit is $50 to reserve your date. This amount goes toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due the day before your event.

To ensure our equipment is set up properly we do not offer pick up. All rentals are delivered.

Equipment is sanitized and cleaned after each party to ensure a clean and healthy play space.
